onoelixir.gr uses courier services of the company Geniki Takhydromiki for the safe and fast shipping of products. Shipping costs are borne by the user/customer and are included in the order. - Delivery Dates and Times
The products for delivery will arrive at the location designated by the user/customer within 48 – 72 hours from the moment they are available at the company, for most areas of Greece (from the moment they are informed of the shipment of the order), while the delivery time for inaccessible areas increases to 72 – 96 hours. - Order Delay
The order may be delayed if it is impossible to communicate with the customer/user by phone and/or e-mail (if a problem occurs with the order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. the information that has been registered is not correctly updated. It may also be delayed in cases of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of the order. - Checking the good condition of the products
All users/customers are required to unpack (without damaging the packaging) and check the items and to notify onoelixir.gr of any defect in the received product(s) within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, the items are considered to have been received in perfect condition. - Product returns
